Sandra is the founder of the WLA and a certified executive coach. She is passionate about gender diversity and helping all leaders be the best they can be more of the time.
She juggles her time coaching executives (male and female), speaking at events, running the WLA and writing. She is a NLP Practitioner, career counsellor, accredited in EQi and MBTI.
She spent much of her career in corporates where she led on leadership and talent development programmes.
